Shipping policy

We ship from Melbourne Australia to the destinations available at checkout. Shipping options and charges are calculated and displayed before you complete your purchase.

Processing: Orders are normally prepared for dispatch within two weeks after payment is confirmed. More complex or multiple prints may take longer. Processing time is separate from delivery time.

Delivery: Estimated delivery times are two weeks within Australia and up to four weeks for international orders. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. We’ll provide Australia Post tracking details to your email address if available once it is shipped.

International orders: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by their destination country. These charges are not included in the price or shipping charge shown at checkout. Please contact adam@ftd.com.au before ordering if you’d like to discuss delivery to your country.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or simply doesn’t arrive, contact adam@ftd.com.au with your order number so we can investigate. Your rights under applicable consumer law remain unchanged.
