Keepers of the Plain

Three massive standing stones dominate the landscape, their worn forms silhouetted against brooding skies. Moss and lichen cling to the ancient surfaces, adding texture and evidence of the centuries they have endured. The spacing between the stones creates a natural rhythm within the composition, allowing each structure to hold its own presence while still feeling connected to the others. There is an undeniable sense of permanence here, where stone appears almost immune to the passage of time.

A striking image for those drawn to history, landscape, and enduring forms.
