Scarlet Heart

A vivid red Bromeliad emerges dramatically from a largely monochromatic landscape, its intense colour immediately drawing the eye. The selective treatment of colour emphasises the plant's sculptural shape and creates a striking contrast against the muted grey foliage surrounding it. Sharp leaves radiate outward from the centre, giving the image an almost explosive energy while maintaining a natural balance. The photograph explores contrast in both colour and form, transforming a garden plant into a bold visual statement.

A confident piece for those who appreciate strong colour, graphic form, and contemporary botanical imagery.
