Where Peaks Meet Water
At Mirror Lake, the Southern Alps rise in quiet symmetry, their forms softened by broken reflections on the gently moving water below. A broad meadow of grass leads the eye naturally toward the mountains, creating a layered passage from foreground to peak. Above, cloud drifts across patches of blue sky, filtering the light and casting a soft, shifting atmosphere over the vibrant scene. Though the water is not perfectly still, the subtle movement adds a sense of realism and life, allowing the reflection to feel natural rather than composed.
Where Peaks Meet Water becomes a study in balance and presence, where land, water and sky sit in quiet conversation.
