At the Foot of Giants
A small settlement rests comfortably beneath an immense escarpment, its buildings sharing the same warm tones as the surrounding earth. The village appears neither imposed upon nor separated from the landscape. Instead, it feels as though it has emerged naturally from the ground itself. Layers of rock rise behind it, revealing centuries of geological history while providing a dramatic sense of scale.
The image explores the relationship between people and place, where architecture becomes an extension of the land rather than a contrast to it.
A thoughtful landscape that encourages the viewer to consider not only where people live, but how they belong.
