Standing Through Time

A solitary standing stone rises into a turbulent sky, its elongated form emphasised by the vertical composition. Weathered surfaces and subtle variations in colour reveal the enduring impact of time and environment, while the surrounding landscape remains secondary to the monument itself.

The image feels elemental – stone, earth, and sky reduced to their essentials. There is a quiet strength in its simplicity and a sense that the stone has witnessed countless generations pass beneath the same changing clouds.

A commanding image well suited as a focal point in spaces where drama and history are welcomed.
